    We are working on a migration from a VPS to our own in house servers. Major services has already been resumed.

    We are aware that all services are currently down due to a critical server error or unrecoverable server crash. We are doing everything we can to discover the root cause. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the expected time for this issue to resolve due to the critical error that prevents the server from booting up. We have already deployed a temporary notice to inform our users of this issue.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    We are aware that our server is currently suffering from loadbalencing issues, we will be undergoing a full research of the cause later. A server reboot has been done and we believe that the issues will be fixed in the next 15 minutes.

    We are aware that all services are now back to normal. We apologise for any inconvenient caused becuase of this downtime. A through security checkup will be conducted as soon as possible.

    The server has now been rebooted and we are currently monitoring for any irregular traffic. We are not ruling out any possibility as to the cause of this server wide shutdown, possible reasons include DDOS or Malware attack. Before the outage we were notified that the server has reached 98% RAM usuage, which led to temporary faliure due to pressure reset.
